2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and identity information: your first name, last name, work email address, phone number if you provide it and company name.
- Enquiry information: the service you are interested in, your message, business requirements, preferred contact method and subsequent correspondence.
- Source and campaign information: the page from which you submit an enquiry, referring page and campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign name.

3. Why we use personal data and our legal bases
| Purpose | Personal data | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to an enquiry, arrange a consultation and assess whether we can help | Contact, company and enquiry information | Steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries |
| Prepare a proposal, agree scope and establish a client relationship | Contact, company, enquiry and correspondence information | Steps taken before entering a contract and performance of a contract |
| Operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and enquiry service | Limited technical, security and request information | Our legitimate interest in keeping the website available, secure and resistant to misuse |
| Measure website use and conversion activity | Analytics and usage information | Your consent |
| Maintain records, manage disputes and comply with legal requirements | Relevant contact, enquiry and correspondence information | Legal obligations and our legitimate interest in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests are to run and protect our business, respond to prospective clients, improve our services and maintain appropriate records. We consider whether those interests are overridden by your rights and freedoms before relying on them.
4. Contact forms, email, phone and WhatsApp
When you submit the enquiry form, the information is transmitted to our website infrastructure and email-delivery provider so that it can be delivered to our business inbox. Required fields are marked because we cannot assess or answer an enquiry without them.
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the provider you choose may process account, device, routing and communication information under its own terms and privacy policy. WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Please do not send passwords, banking credentials, complete accounting records, identity documents or other highly sensitive information through the public form or WhatsApp. If a secure exchange is required, we will agree an appropriate method with you.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-Z24N21D56F, only after you accept optional analytics. It may collect information about visits, devices, approximate location and actions such as enquiry submissions and phone or WhatsApp clicks. We use this information to understand how the website performs and which pages help visitors find the right service.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_Z24N21D56F. We configure these cookies to expire after up to six months, although browser restrictions may shorten this period. You can accept or reject analytics through the cookie controls and change your decision using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Learn more in our cookie policy and in Google's GA4 cookie information.
6. Who receives personal data
We disclose personal data only where needed for the purposes described above. Recipients may include:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, security and serverless enquiry processing.
- Resend: delivery of website enquiry emails.
- Google Analytics: optional website measurement after consent.
- Meta and telecommunications providers: when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or by telephone.
- Professional advisers and service providers: where reasonably necessary for legal, security, technical or business support.
- Public authorities: where disclosure is required by law or is necessary to protect legal rights.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
7. International transfers
Some providers or their subprocessors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we require an applicable safeguard, such as an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. Provider documentation is available from Cloudflare, Resend and Google.
8. How long we retain information
- Enquiries that do not become client engagements: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a shorter period is appropriate or the information is required for a legal claim.
- Client and proposal records: retained for the engagement and afterwards for the period required by applicable legal, contractual and professional recordkeeping obligations. The relevant engagement documents may provide further detail.
- Security records: retained only for the period reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, maintain security and resolve incidents.
- Analytics data: retained according to the setting configured in our Google Analytics property, for no longer than 14 months for user-level and event-level data.
- Cookie preference: stored on your device for up to six months, unless you change it or clear browser storage earlier.
We may delete or anonymise information earlier where it is no longer needed.
9. Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls, validation of website submissions and trusted infrastructure providers. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You should use an appropriate secure channel for confidential financial records.
10. Your data-protection rights
Subject to the conditions and exemptions in applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data and information about how it is used;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- ask us to erase personal data;
- ask us to restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing;
- receive certain personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal; and
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month, although the law permits an extension for complex or numerous requests. You can also raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, Ireland.
11. Direct marketing
We do not currently operate a general marketing mailing list through this website. If we introduce marketing communications, we will use consent or another lawful basis permitted by Irish law and provide a clear way to opt out. Service messages about an enquiry or engagement are not marketing messages.
12. Automated decisions and children
We do not use personal data from this website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. This is a business-services website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the enquiry form.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page where appropriate.
