It is not accounting, financial, tax, legal, investment or other professional advice for a visitor's circumstances. Decisions should not be made or delayed solely because of public website content. ## No client relationship Visiting the website, submitting an enquiry, calling, emailing, using WhatsApp or attending an initial consultation does not create a professional relationship. An engagement begins only after required acceptance work has been completed and scope, responsibilities, fees and terms have been agreed in writing. Engagement documents take priority for the services they cover. ## Services and boundaries Services may include small-business accounting, financial reporting, bookkeeping, management accounts, performance reporting, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, Virtual or Fractional CFO support, outsourced finance support, financial modelling and finance systems, processes and controls advisory. Irish Accounting Partner does not provide tax compliance, payroll, statutory audit, internal audit or independent assurance. References to audit experience describe professional background and do not mean the firm offers audit or assurance. References to an ACCA-qualified accountant describe professional leadership and do not claim that the firm itself is ACCA regulated unless confirmed in writing. ## Consultations, fees and proposals A complimentary consultation is an initial discussion of the broad requirement, potential fit and possible next step. It does not include detailed records review, verification, written advice, filing work, deadline monitoring or responsibility for a decision. Availability and any engagement are not guaranteed. Website descriptions are not binding offers. Fees, timing, deliverables, assumptions and payment terms are confirmed in a written proposal or engagement document. ## Acceptable use and confidentiality Visitors must provide information they are authorised to provide and must not misuse, disrupt, scrape or attempt unauthorised access to the website.
